Finland: The tear-jerker moment man with HIV breaks down in tears as he is hugged by strangers

A Finnish man with HIV has become an internet star after he stood in a public square asking people to touch him.  Janne Antin wrote a sign that read: 'I am HIV positive, touch me!' and then stood in the middle of a busy square with his eyes closed and arms outstretched.
The clip has since been viewed more than five million times on YouTube.

Janne embarked on the project in the hope of showing people what it is like to live with HIV-related stigma. By the end of the afternoon, he is so touched by the responses from passers-by that he breaks down in tears.

Finnish guy Janne Antin wanted to show what it is like to live with HIV-related stigma and at the same time raise awareness of HIV.

Would you have touched?

Janne halusi tempauksella hälventää HIV:hen liittyviä ennakkoluuloja ja samalla lisätä tietoisuutta siitä, millaista HIV:n kanssa on elää. Olisitko sinä koskettanut?
